My aim is to give you the most efficient and effective training at the most convenient time for you.


Whether you want to train before work, on your lunch break or after the kids have gone to bed, my training sessions are available from 6am to 8pm in the evening. Earlier and later times or weekends are available on request, subject to availability, as they are very popular.


Most of my clients book 2-3 sessions a week, however, some of the more motivated clients have just one session and follow a progressive programme themselves in their own time, also provided by me.

I provide safe and effective personal training in many different environments; the choice is completely yours. I can come to your home saving you time, inconvenience and costly gym membership fees. This is great option if you really are against time and cannot afford time travelling to and from a venue.


You could also train in a pre-determined outdoor location, a local park, or the beach perhaps. This can be a great option as it provides an effective, fun, and imaginative workout, and, like home training is time efficient as well.


You could also train in a local gym, or perhaps in your office at work – it’s up to you!

Initial Consultation - 1 hour - Free of charge


Initial Assessment (Optional) - 2 hours session from £80

Includes health, fitness and lifestyle screenings, flexibility and postural assessment, measurements, general food analysis and programme design.


Personal Training - 1 hour session

Due to the different alternatives of personal training I can offer, and the many options of training locations that are available to you, my session rates need to be flexible to suit each client’s specific and unique personal training needs and requirements.

  • Personal training sessions are available for:

    1. One to One session - personal activity session with weekly nutritional support and lifestyle guidance.

    2. Couples/Friends service - ideal for two friends or a couple who want to train together and make the most efficient use of time.

    3. Group service (3 to 6 people) - want a fun excuse to get together with friends and family while getting into shape?
